In 1979, her father received a job transfer with General Motors, and the family relocated to Oklahoma City, which became Noel’s lifelong home. She attended and graduated from Carl Albert High School in Midwest City, where she formed friendships that lasted throughout her life.
Noel began her career in newspaper advertising and later worked in real estate and as a mortgage broker. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, she went on to found Pink Media Cafe, an advertising business that reflected both her creativity and business savvy. Determined and resourceful, Noel had a natural ability to connect with people and help others succeed.
Noel’s faith was central to her life. She loved the Lord deeply and lived her life guided by prayer, grace, and unconditional love. Those closest to her learned from her how to love through pain, remain faithful, and pray through all circumstances.
She found joy in music—especially DC Talk, OneRepublic, John Mayer, Paul McCartney, and The Beatles—and her favorite color was pink. Her perfect day was one that brought her family together, and she loved to laugh, often being a goofball like her dad. Noel wished to be remembered for her passion and loyalty to her family, whom she cherished above all else.
She is survived by her husband, Bryon Miskovsky; her father, Julian (Buster) Malone; her sons, Tyler Still, Aaron Still, and Michael Miskovsky; her sister, Nadia Tuten and her children Kaitlyn, Jocelyn, and Ethan, sister Jade Hesson and her husband Chris, and their children Ashton, Brooks, and Nolan.
Visitation for Noel will be from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, Saturday, December 27th and Sunday, December 28th at Chapel Hill Funeral Home
A service to celebrate Noel’s life will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, January 9, 2026, at Chapel Hill Funeral Home and innichment in Chapel Hill Gethsemane Mausoleum.
