Patrick George Schroder

Patrick George “Pat” Schroder passed away July 12, 2017 in OKC at the age of 74. He was born November 14, 1942 in El Reno, OK to George Joseph and Hilda L. Huelskoetter Schroder. Pat was an engineer at Pitney-Bowes for 38 years, he was a Master Scout and active with the Boy Scouts, he was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church for 50 years. Pat was an avid OU and Thunder fan and enjoyed working outside, in his garage as well as wood and leather working. Pat is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sonja, 2 daughters, Kimberly Albertson and husband, Joseph and Stephanie Schroder, son, Tim Schroder and wife, Shelly, 2 brothers, Cliff Schroder and Rev. David Schroder and wife, Sandy, 4 grandchildren, Dakota Albertson, Riley Albertson, Carson Albertson and Tabitha Hoering, several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday from 10am to 8 pm with family available to greet friends from 5pm to 8 pm. Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at the Messiah Lutheran Church with burial in the St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in Okarche, OK. Memorials may be made to the Parkinson ’s Disease Foundation.
