Patty Sue Duncan, known as Pat, passed away peacefully at home, leaving behind a legacy of love, family, and simple joys. She was born on September 21, 1936, in Elk City, Oklahoma, to Lyman Bob Porter and Kelly Joy
Patty is survived by her brother: Gary Porter of Henderson, Nevada; and her children: Kevin Robinson and wife Kristi of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Jeanne and husband Marty St. Peter of Denton, Texas; Debbie and husband Bill Moebus of Justin, Texas.
Her life was built centered around family including 4 nephews, 1 niece, 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren, friends, and the outdoors. She grew up in Carter, Oklahoma moving to Emporia, Kansas and Amarillo, Texas before settling in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she spent many cherished years. She earned her master’s degree in business through Oklahoma State University, which lead to her retiring in her career of being a lobbyist for AT&T Government Relations.
She found happiness in the simple things, especially when it involved her family and friends. She enjoyed working in her garden or on her ponds, playing golf, sewing, traveling, attending luncheons, and church. She enjoyed watching sports like football, basketball, golf, and softball, particularly those involving Oklahoma State University. She had a passion for quilting, buying clothes and toys to donate to the children’s center, and making angel gowns for infants who had passed away. Additionally, she actively participated in charitable programs such as Little Dresses for Africa, Toys for Tots, and Angel Trees.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Robinson, who passed in 1982; her second husband, William Duncan, who passed in 2008; her son, Keith Robinson who passed in 2017; and her brother, Royce Porter, who also passed in 1982.

Patty’s life will speak louder than her passing. She leaves behind a family built on love, laughter, and togetherness the very things that meant the most to her. Her absence will be felt in the quiet moments, in the gardens she would have tended, in the gatherings where her presence once filled the room.
Though she is no longer here, the love she gave so freely remains. It lives on in her children, her grandchildren, and every memory shared.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 8701 Northwest Expressway, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on April 30, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
