He was born on April 27th, 1946 in Bevier, MO. He had earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. He proudly severed in the Armed Forces in the Vietnam war. He loved his job as a welder with the US Railroad Organization.
He grew up in Louisiana. He then lived in Las Vegas, NV where he met and married the love of his life, Priscilla Joyce, on December 4th, 1999. They later relocated to Oklahoma City.
Ray is survived by wife Priscilla, mother in law Bernice, daughter Ginger, stepsons Merle, Raymond, and Chris, stepdaughters Theresa, Priscilla, and Della, as well as several grandchildren and step grandchildren.
