Rickey Dean Cox

Rickey attended Grant High School and went on to start his own business as a tile contractor. He enjoyed spending time with his family, particularly his grandsons Mark, Brentley, and Blake. He would often take them fishing, loved teaching them how to cook, and he was often “stirring the pot”. Rickey will be remembered for having a big heart and a caring soul. He would have helped anyone in need, even if it meant giving someone the shirt off his back or his last dollar.

Rickey is survived by his wife, Carla Cox; daughters, Megan Cox, Ashley Garven and husband Nick Gibon and their sons Mark Eillet, Brentley Eillet, and Blake Eillet; Sisters, Rebecca Cox and daughter Azuree Cox, Tiffany Sanchez and husband David Sanchez, and their sons, Gabriel Sanchez, Ramon Sanchez, Martine Sanchez, and Mateo Sanchez; other family members Addie McDaniel, Kevin McDaniel, Emily Kuehl, Gage Kuehl, Weston Kuehl, Piper Kuehl, Dakota and Molly Moss family and Bentley Bowen Family.

A visitation will be held on November 11, 2025 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Advantage Funeral Home. A funeral service will be on November 12, 2025 at 10 am at Advantage Funeral Home Chapel located at 7720 S. Pennsylvania Ave, OKC, OK 73159 with interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery.
