Roberta Jeanne Taylor went home to be with her Lord on October 8, 2010. She was born October 15, 1930 to Arthur and Russie (Preston) Maupin in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She was a member of Choctaw First Baptist Church. Roberta volunteered to teach swimming to Down Syndrome children. She was a seamstress, enjoyed crocheting, making ceramics, liked to go fishing, and she loved bowling and once bowled a 300 point game. Preceded her in death were her parents and one sister, Janice Holder. She is survived by her husband Paul of the home; one son: Rick Taylor of Ft. Worth, TX; one daughter Paula Adams and husband, Joe of Midwest City, OK; two grandchildren: Taylor Adams and wife Elana and Staci Adams. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 12, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Choctaw First Baptist Church with burial to follow at Arlington Memory Gardens in Midwest City, OK.
