

Born in Tokyo, Japan, she was the daughter of Soichi and Moyo Kaneko. She was a homemaker who took great pride in loving her family and raising her children.
She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Oklahoma City, OK since being baptized there by Fr. Mizer in 1963. She was an active member of the Funeral Dinner Committee serving over 40 years and received special recognition by the Pope. She was also active in supporting St James School activities.
She enjoyed cooking, bowling, sewing, knitting, ceramics and calling Bingo for the Hillcrest Senior Center. She could often be seen dressed as Mrs. Claus or a witch during the holidays.
She will be remembered for her fun loving personality, her contagious laugh, her generosity, her wonderful cooking and her love for family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Alice King (Max); her son, Anthony C. Hebert; her grandchildren, Brandy Richardson (Triston), Justin Hebert (Madison), Tim Hebert (Jackie), Ryan King, Rachel Burhans (Jake), Elly Hebert, Henry Hebert; and six great grandchildren, Levi, Aksel and Laken Richardson and Sawyer, Sutton and John David Hebert.
A funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024 at 10:30am at St James the Greater Catholic Church at 4201 S McKinley, Oklahoma City, OK with internment at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 from 5-6pm at Advantage Funeral Home at 7720 S. Pennsylvania, Oklahoma City. Rosary following at 6pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. James Catholic Church in Oklahoma City.
