

Thelma Emma Frazier, 89, passed away peacefully on August 3, 2010 in Yukon, Oklahoma with family at her bedside. She was born January 17, 1921 in Seminole, Oklahoma to George W. and Louella (Butler) Frazier. Thelma was a graduate of Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Georgia. Her greatest joy was her family and she loved spending time with them. She took great joy entertaining and cooking incredible meals for family and friends. Thelma had deep faith in the Lord and was an avid member of the church. She sang in the choir and in trios. She had a beautiful alto voice. Her home was a gathering place for people of all ages because of her out- going personality, spirit of hospitality and her contagious laughter. Thelma was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 51 years, C.R. Frazier, her parents and 5 brothers. She is survived by her daughters, Linda Hankinson and her husband, Hansford, and Judy Williams and her husband, Jerol; brother, G.W. Frazier and his wife, Beverly; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren. Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 8, 2010 in the Chapel Hill Funeral Home chapel. The family will receive guests at the funeral home from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Saturday. Condolences maybe left at www.chapelhill-okc.com.
