Born on October 29, 1931, in Broken Bow, OK to Gracie Mae Ramsey and Burton Walker, she had fond memories of spending a portion of her childhood in New Mexico with her grandmother and grandfather. She attended Dunbar High School where she loved playing basketball and graduated head of her class. She was very family oriented and spent a lot of time with her mother and aunts just sitting around laughing and having fun.
She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and friend, whose life reflected her unwavering love for her family. She always wanted to be present for her children's sporting events, surgeries and births of her grandchildren. She looked forward to taking her family back to Broken Bow every summer and family vacations. Holidays were especially important to her. She managed family finances to ensure they had a great Christmas. She always looked forward to celebrating her birthday with family and friends.
Her faith in Jesus Christ was the foundation of her life. She found joy in church involvement, prayer, studying scripture, helping others, and trusted God’s plan in all seasons of life. She was a faithful member of Church of The Living God, PGT for many years serving as a deaconess then mother tasked with baking bread for communion. She loved
singing her solo in the choir and traveling to musicals until she was no longer able to.
She is lovingly survived by her children from her marriage with Clarence Seals Sr.; Cassandra Farmer Richards, Linda Wells, Lisa Seals, Emmett (Shelita) Seals, Steve Seals, and Kathi Seals. She was preceded in death by her sons, Clarence Seals Jr., Ricky Seals, Raymond Seals, grandson Cody Williams, her parents, Gracie Mae Ramsey and Burton Walker, and her brother, Lee Ramsey.
