Paul E. Keating

The spirit of Paul Edward Keating, 30, of Olathe, Kansas left him on April 25, 2010. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. – 8: 00 p.m., Thursday April 29, 2010 at the McGilley & Frye Funeral Home – Olathe with Rosary prayed at 6 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m., Friday April 30, 2010 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Gardner, Kan. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery in Lenexa, Kan. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to be made to Catholic Charities.

Paul was employed by Midwest Fireplace where he embodied commitment to excellence. Paul not only loved working with the Lapine family, the Lapine family loved him as their own son.

He enjoyed 4-wheeling, especially with Christian, vacationing

in Branson and going to Silver Dollar City, skiing at Lutsen off Lake Superior, camping and canoeing. Paul lived his life to the fullest. He will be missed by all who knew him and will be in our hearts forever.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mary Johnson and cousin Patrick Enright.

Paul is survived by his beloved parents, Ed & Sheila Keating; the love of his life his son, Christian Paul Keating; adoring sisters, Megan (Jeff) Schuele and Katie (Jason) Draves. He was the favorite uncle to Greta, Annika, Bridget, Katja, Marika, Jacob (godson) Jenna and Emma. He is also survived by his Grandma Keating and Grandpa Johnson, 16 aunts & uncles and 26 cousins.
