Ruth was born on September 2, 1919 in Kansas City, Kansas to George Melvin and Mary Olivia (Field) Everett. She worked as a daycare provider for many churches in the area. She will be sadly missed by everyone who knew her.
Ruth is preceded in death by: her parents and husband Bennie Wallace. Survivors include her two daughters: E. Kaye Perkins and Joyce Mellies. Ruth is also survived by her 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
A Graveside service is scheduled for 10:00a.m. Friday, September 14, 2012 at Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens 13901 Blackbob Road Olathe, Kansas. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to: Fellowship Baptist Church Olathe, Kansas. Condolences may be offered at www.mcgilley-frye.com
