Darryl J. Hinko

Darryl J. Hinko, 68, of Jackson, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 24, at the Centra State Medical Center, Freehold surrounded by family. He was a supervisor for General Motors in Linden and briefly in Michigan totaling 33 years retiring in 1998. He was an avid collector especially of baseball cards, stamps, and coins and loved to read and was quite the carpenter who liked building things. Darryl loved his family very much. Born in Jersey City he resided in Manalapan and briefly in Clinton, MI., moving here in 2000.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Carol nee Sienkiewicz Hinko and his children, Melissa Jane Guile & her husband Rodney, Jennifer Lynn Hagre & her husband Peter, and Darryl John Hinko Jr. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Ciara Nicole Guile, Nathaniel James Guile & his sister Jane Ellen Smith & her husband Jerry. He is also survived by several Nieces Nephews.

Friends may call on Thursday, February 28 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 US Hwy 9 Old Bridge, NJ 08857.
