Kathleen M DePre Petrik

Kathleen M. Petrik, 66, of Old Bridge, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Thursday, November 25 at the Raritan Bay Medical Center, Old Bridge. She was a Key Punch Operator for MCC in Matawan for over 20 years, then worked for Wal-Mart, briefly before retiring in 2006. Kathleen loved jewelry, the shore and beach and especially spending time with her family. Born in Irvington, she resided in Old bridge most of her life. She is predeceased by her parents, the late Joseph and Katherine DePre. Kathleen is survived by her husband of 16 years, John Petrik, and her children, a son David Bengraff of Orlando, FL., daughter Rene & her husband John Hogan of Whiting, son Mark Bengraff, and her grandchildren, Jack & Jared Hogan. Kathleen also leaves a sister Patricia & her husband Larry Lovrich of Monroe Twp., and a brother Keith DePre of Win Gap, PA, and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Sunday, from 4-7pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 US Hwy. 9 Old Bridge. Funeral Services will be Monday, November 29, at 10am from the Funeral Home.
