Patricia Freeman

Patricia H. Freeman, 70, of Old Bridge, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 23, 2011 at the Robert Wood Johnson University Medical Center, New Brunswick. She was an Aide in the Cafeteria at Old Bridge High School working for the Old Bridge Board of Education for over 30 years, retiring this year. She enjoyed traveling, gardening and loved bingo. Patricia also loved her family very much. She was a communicant of St Ambrose RC Church in Old Bridge. Born in Jersey City, she lived in the Bronx, before moving to Old Bridge 43 years ago. Patricia is predeceased by her husband Roland F. Freeman of 42 years in 2005. Surviving are her sons, James and John Freeman, both of Old Bridge; cousins, Kathleen Murray of Iselin; Jack & Joan Hennessy of Colonia; John Costello of Jersey City; Claire Plodkowski of Jersey City; Mary Behan of N.Y.; and several cousins in Ireland. Friends may call on Thursday, from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 US Hwy 9, Old Bridge, NJ 08857. Funeral services will be Friday, May 27 at 11am from the funeral home.
