Victor M. Canetti Jr.

Victor M. "Butch" Canetti, Jr., 64, passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2014 at Arnold Walter Nursing Home, in Hazlet. Born in Jersey City, Victor had lived in Lakewood before moving to Hazlet 5 years ago. He loved music, dancing, and his family. Victor also loved a good crowd and being the center of attention. He was predeceased by his parents, Victor M. Sr. & Mildred Canetti; and is survived by his brother and sister in law, John & Florence Canetti; his niece, Jessica Newton; and his great-niece, Sophia Canetti-Newton. Visitation will be 2-4 & 7-9pm on Tuesday, June 10, at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Rt. 9, Old Bridge, NJ, and on Wednesday, June 11, from 9-10am, with funeral services at 10am at the funeral home. Interment will follow to Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
