

Andrew (Andy) Manasco age 79, passed away at Sumner Regional Medical Center on March 14, 2017 after a sort illness. Andy was born April 2, 1937, to the late John & Rosie Manasco, in Umpire, Arkansas. After Andy graduated high school, he moved to Nashville, TN to attend Auto Diesel School, he graduated with a Mechanics Degree. Later in 1964, Andy worked at Ford Glass Plant for 30 years, and retired in 1994. He was as charter member at Trinity Baptist Church in Hendersonville, TN, where he served as a Deacon several years ago. He was also a Union 737 member.
He is preceded in death by brothers, Edgar, Luke and Vestal; sisters, Ethel, Delta and Virgie; son, Mark.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; son, Mike; grandchildren, Heather Ausbrooks (Jason), John Manasco (Megan) and James Manasco; 7 great-grandchildren; sisters, Nora and Juanita; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A funeral service will conducted 12pm Friday, March 17, 2017 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro. Lloyd Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens with Leon Pennington, Johnny Hart, Steve Shumate, Jason Ausbrooks, John and Mike Manasco serving as active pallbearers and Trinity Baptist Men's Sunday School Class, UAW 737 Retirees and R.H. Pinkerton serving as honorary pallbearers. Visitation with the family will be held Thursday from 4pm until 8pm and Friday from 11am until 12pm at the funeral home.
