Survived by Daughter Debra Ann Warren and her Fiancé Tom Reed, son Michael Warren, Grandson Michael (Tammie) Horlacher, Great grandson Johnston Roy Horlacher. Sisters Barbara (Eddie) Shaw and Margie (George) DeWoody.
Graveside services 11 am Tuesday at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with Bro Don Loftis officiating. Visitation with family from 4 pm till 7 pm on Monday and 10 am till time of service on Tuesday, at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
