She was a homemaker and Baptist by faith. Bonnie loved to do many things including making beautiful quilts for her family. She often enjoyed the simpler things in life, such as reading, sitting on the porch watching nature with her husband, her coffee, and watching as her family grew. She was a strong, beautiful woman that will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all that knew her.
Bonnie was born October 23, 1950, in Hermitage, TN, to the late Owen Henderson Null and the late Lou Helen Coble Null.
She was married September 29, 1970, to her husband of over 53 years, Harold Wesley Troutt, who survives, of Buchanan, TN.
Along with her husband, she is also survived by two daughters, Dianna Michelle (Max) Moore of Buchanan, TN, and Wendy Lynn (John) Denney of Loretto, TN; six sisters, Donna Cameron, Molly Suggs, Snowy Shephard, Rita Coleman, Wanda Shaw, and Sophia Mitchell; one brother, Thomas Null; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Mai Helen Wienman; and one brother, Owen Henderson Null, II.
There will be a Gathering of Family and Friends on Saturday July 13, 2024, from 1 pm until 5 pm at Hermitage Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN 37138.
Bonnie's Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
