DR. STAGGS, Charles L.; Age 76, passed away February 14, 2013. Dr. Staggs was a optometrist in Madison for 29 years. He served in the United States Air Force and was a member of Madison Church of Christ for over 50 years. Preceded in death by his wife, Geneva C. Staggs. Survived by his daughters, Donna C. Irwin (Troy) and Debora J. Powell (Anthony); grandchildren, Elizabeth and Chase Irwin; aunts, Louise Robertson and Jean Hardin (Junior). A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Monday, February 18, 2013 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Bob Hudson and Frank Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, February 17, 2013 from 4 pm until 8 pm and 1 hour prior to the service on Monday.
