Survived by loving daughter, Brooke Lynn Chamberlain; father, Richard Chamberlain; mother, Beverly Chamberlain; brother, Martin Chamberlain; niece Chelsea Chamberlain; and a host of family and friends; Brooke was the gem that sparkled in Deborah's eyes. she cherished her family & the memories she made with those she loved.
