Doris Ruth Cothron, 94, passed away Nov. 5, 2016. Mrs. Cothron was born in Gadsden Ala., the daughter of Eunice and Seales Kerr. Mrs. Cothron was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Randall W. (Buck) Cothron.
Survivors include her daughter, Carol Shan Anderson (Johnny); son, Randall W. Cothron, Jr. (Janet); grandchildren, Matthew Anderson (Amanda), Ashley Crews, Grant Cothron and Reed Cothron; and great-grandson, Rory Anderson.
Visitation will be held at Hermitage Funeral Home on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016 from 11a.m. to 1p.m. with service immediately afterwards. Burial will be in Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests memorial contributions be made to Alive Hospice, 1718 Patterson St., Nashville, TN 37203.
