Elbert G. Chitwood, age 81 of Hermitage, TN passed away February 23, 2016. He is survived by his wife of almost 60 years, Doris Chitwood; sisters, Geneva Shannon and Ann Page; numerous nieces and nephews.
He had worked for several years at Parris Tool & Die.
Funeral service will be 11:00 am Friday, February 26, 2014 at Victory Baptist Church, 1777 Tate Lane, Mt. Juliet, TN with Bro. Chuck Groover officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens with Family & Friends serving as pallbearers.
Visitation with the family will be 4:00 pm till 8:00 pm Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN and 1 hour prior to the service on Friday at the church.
