Mrs. Eva lived her life taking care of her farm and her animals which included dogs, cats, birds, swans, peacocks, and, especially, her horses. In her younger days, she participated in horse show competitions and had a room full of prize-winning ribbons and trophies to show for it. She loved to ride her horses in the local Christmas parade every year. She was a long-time member of Tulip Grove Baptist Church.
There will be a Gathering of Family & Friends Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at Hermitage Funeral Home from 12pm – 2pm. A Celebration of Life service will begin at 2pm in the Tulip Grove Room of the funeral home. Following the Celebration of Life, Mrs. Knight will be laid to rest in the Garden of Peace at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
