He was preceded in death by his parents, Hugh and Dorothy Waddell Cherry. He was born in Red Boiling Springs, TN.
He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Shirley Hanna Cherry; and family- Benjamin Prentiss (Ginger) Holt, Stephanie M. Holt, Trey Holt and Joshua (Barbara) Garrett as well as Annslee Oates, Savannah Garrett and London Bailey Holt, all of whom he loved unconditionally and they, in turn, adored him.
Glenn worked in the fire sprinkler industry with Automatic Sprinkler and Owner of TKO Fire Protection for 54 years. He loved fishing, travelling and was an avid golfer.
A private family memorial will be held on March 21, 2020.
