He retired from Dupont after 34 years of service, and he enjoyed retirement life spending time creating bible studies in his home office and teaching in various church settings. Throughout his life, he ministered to people with his gentle spirit and easy-going pace, giving them a living testimony of his faith in God and his belief in the power of the Lord. Harold used his musical talents to bring the Gospel to many, as well.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Janette Nixon Clark; son, Adrian Boyd Clark; daughters, Gloria Denice Clark Myrick and Sandy Lynn Clark; granddaughter, Ashton Leigh Myrick Sanders (Kevin); grandson, Taler Wade Myrick (Jessica); great-grandson, Landon Reece Myrick; and his brother, Dr. Richard Dale Clark.
A Funeral Service will be conducted at 12:00pm on Monday, October 17th, officiated by Pastor David Asante at the Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel. Entombment will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Mausoleum.
