Jeanell Carden Odum passed away May 8th, 2020 in her home surrounded by loved ones singing to her and expressing their great love for her. She will be remembered as a kind and loving mother, grandmother and aunt. She kept the books for Odum Brothers Masonry and worked as an Owner/Rental Agent for Central Pike and Riverview Business Centers.
In her free time she enjoyed baking her incredible Pecan Pies, and she was especially gifted at helping her husband, Herbert host Fish Fries. She will always be known for her Heavenly light and crunchy hushpuppies!
She is survived by her daughter Lynn Odum (Linda Aiken); grandchildren Tyler Unti and Michael Unti; sister Ruth Dunavant, many nieces, nephews and a large extended family. She was preceded by her husband, Herbert Odum and her sister Margaret Parsons.
