Jeffrey D Hoffmann age 47 passed away May 11, 2018. Preceded in death by father, Denny Crumley; sister, Debbie Hale. Survived by mother, Barbara Overstreet Morton; sisters, Tina (Edward) Baca, Vickie (Anne) Hoffmann, Carol Crumley Shingleton, Michelle Crumley Wilt; 2 nephews, 3 nieces; 2 great nieces, 2 great nephews and a host of family and friends Jeff never met a stranger, loved life and the symphony his wit, laughter and wisdom will live on the stories and hearts of family and friends. Jeff was employed at Axis Direct. Gathering of family & friends Monday May 14th 4pm until 8pm and Tuesday 1 hr prior to service. Funeral Service Tuesday, May 15th 12 pm with Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
