Survived by loving wife of 16 years Melinda Lewis. Mother Bettie Lewis. Son Lee Vickers. Daughters Jan Gregory and Jessica Montalvan-cox and Sister Kimberly Boughn.
Services will be held 2 pm Monday with Bro Dwight Moody officiating at Hermitage Funeral Home. Interment to be held at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with Joseph Cox, Chris Gregory, Chris Nelson, Dale Bowling, Caleb Gregory and Todd Vickers serving as pallbearers. Visitation with family Monday from 12 pm till time of service.
