Hello my sweet Meme I’m so sorry it has taken me this long to write you. Everyday is so hard waking up knowing that you aren’t here. I’d give anything to hear your sweet little voice again, get a text message or a card in the mail just because you were thinking of us. I can’t begin to describe how much we miss you and not a second of my day passes that you aren’t on my mind. The void and quietness that lingers without you here is still unbearable. I love you so much Meme. See you soon.

Aunt Tootsie, you were such a sweet caring person that would do anything for anyone. You had a big heart like daddy and I will never forget you! The Lord has taken you home and now you're with family and at peace. I love you and you will be missed. My prayers go out to you're family 🙏

Mrs. Thornhill, you're such a wonderful loving person, heaven gained another angel when you arrived. Thank you for sharing your loving heart with me. I plan to keep you in my heart and mind until I see you again.  I think you know I love you and miss you. Debbie and I will be praying for your family and friends.

Meme was a remarkable gift to this world  Her life was a testimony of how grace, wisdom, selflessness & warm-heartedness come from a life lived to the fullest. In time, grief will lessen, & we’ll find joy again through all the special memories.

She was always patient, short on criticism & long on Love.  That exemplified who Meme was.  We will all miss her Smile & “KISS MY GRITS” feistiness when given a hard time, she was an incredible Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Aunt, Sister, & Friend.  I can only hope I have as positive of an impact on the lives of others that she did.  She was an inspiration to everyone, & truly was one-of-a-kind, and even though she’s gone, she’ll never be forgotten. I’ll always treasure my memories of her.  She fed us, taught us, loved us, spent precious time with us. She’s left us on this Earth, but she lives on through us.  Meme you’ll truly never know how special you were to those around you & I’m blessed that God put you in my Life.  I LOVE YOU, & we miss you badly.  This picture makes me smile! Mama it breaks my heart to write this your were the best mother I could have ever had. Lord knows we’ve laughed a lot and Mom thank you for making me the man I am today. You will always be in my heart Mama I love you so much ❤️

Although  I married into the family,  Aunt Sissie has always been a large part of my life. I Loved her as if she was my own Aunt. I have too many 
wonderful  memories.  My thoughts  and prayers  are with all of you at this time. I know she is having  A HEAVENLY  FAMILY  REUNION.  ❤
