I can't believe that it has been a year without my dear friend to call and talk to.  I miss him so much and think about him every day and pray for him every night.  Life is not the same without you in it Jerry.

I'm watching the lousville Florida game. There is a kid named Jeremy wright plating fir Louisville. Made me think of Jerry. We went to high school and worked at quinceys steakhouse together. I am shocked to see that he is gone. What a great guy. I'm sorry for your loss.

I can't even begin to express the pain that I feel right now, it goes down to my soul.  I had been trying to reach my great friend for weeks and weeks to tell him that we wanted to move there to be close to him, not knowing that the Lord had taken him to be by his side. The world has lost the best man I have ever met. His laughter was contagious, his smile lit up a room and his kindness in all he did was felt by many.  I personally don't know what I would have done without him on many occassions and right now I feel very lost. To the Wright family, I am so, so sorry for your unimmaginable loss. My prayers are with you. Please if someone can contact me I would really appreciate it.

To the WRIGHT family, I want to express how much Jerry meant to me and how he is going to be missed---he always remembered me with a call on holidays with best wishes----I grieve for my son, Keith in the loss of his best friend.  James and Dru, you are in my prayers during these difficult days.

Jerry and I went to school together.  He always had a wonderful smile and kind heart.  His family is in my prayers.

You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers during your time of sorrow.

Some of my earliest childhood memories began with Jerry and your family.  He was a great playmate and later on, a great classmate and friend.  There will always be an empty space left in my heart.  May God help all of you through these dark times.

When I think back to Dupont in 1986, my memories wouldn't be complete without seeing Jerry's face. He was always smiling, talking, laughing and always had friends around him. People were drawn to his personality and truly kind spirit. If I could go back and spend one day in high school, I would make a point to spend some of that day with Jerry. Anyone that ever knew Jerry will never forgett him.

We enjoyed having Jerry as a neighbor. He always helped out by feeding our dog and talking to our son, Matt. I know he will be above watching out for his children and soon to be granddaughter. I'm sorry for not able to be there but God will help guide the family.

Dear Family,
My heart is heavy and broken.  I cannot imagine your pain, your loss. I'm beyond adequate words, so sorry.  My memory of Jerry. . . I can still see him, that little blonde, beautiful baby boy running and playing next door. Even as a young girl, I still remember him for that cute twinkle in his eyes. His little personality was as big as our back yards. My love and deepest, heartfelt sympathy.

I worked with Jerry for several years. Jerry had a way of making me smile everytime I was around him.We always discussed his children, he was so proud of them.I have truely lost a good freind.

I have so many memories with Jerry and all of them were great.  He was always smiling, full of stories and brought life to where ever he was. He was always there for me and would do anything for anyone, anytime. I'm going to miss him beyond words.    -Jim

Lynn,  While its hard to understand the why just know that Jesus is still in control and He knows the hurt you and the family now feel.  Trust in Him for His peace and also allow your brothers and sisters in Christ to help you out in anyway that we can.

So sad.  He will be missed. My childhood memories are full of him. My heart goes out to the family. What a great guy!

My deepest sympathies and love go out to my Uncle James and Aunt Dru, as well to all my cousins.  May God help guide Marissa and Braden through the years to come.  I remember Jerry for his humor, and his compassion, a wonderful combination of traits.  I will never forget the day that Jerry visited us in Lexington and I took him to an open parking lot to teach him how to drive a stick-shift.  I was 24, and he was 14 or 15 years old. The more we broke out in laughter, the more he would pop the clutch, and the harder we would laugh.  May you rest in peace my dear Cousin.  God indeed had a purpose for this; a purpose that may or may not be revealed to us here on Earth, but nevertheless a purpose.  To be Blessed by God, means that God needs you to carry out a task for Him for His reasons.  So my Blessed Cousin, may you now rest in the arms of our Lord.  With all my Love, your cousin Tommy.
