She will be dearly missed by her family.
She is survived by her sons J. Randall Hooper and Aaron Hunter Hooper; Father James A. Payne; granddaughter Kendra Jade Hooper; sisters Debora Ann (Daniel) Patterson and Ruthie Louise Betancourt; nieces and nephews Debora Danielle (Daniel) Moss, Joseph Michael (Kayla) Patterson, Shawnee Sioux Betancourt and James Andrew (Heaven-lei) Betancourt; grand nieces and nephews Ellianna Danielle Moss, Molly Joe Patterson, Charles Michael Patterson and Brooklyn Hendrix Betancourt.
Mrs. Hooper is preceded in death by her Mother Shirley Ann Payne.
Gathering of Family & Friends at Hermitage Funeral Home Sunday, January 30th, 2022 from 12:00noon until 2:00pm. Celebration of Life will begin at 2:00pm in the Tulip Grove Room at the funeral home.
