I met Ken and Dot at First Baptist Church, Hermitage, TN, in 1981.  Wonderful, Christian couple. My sincere condolences to everyone.

What an absolutely wonderful and genuine person Ken was.  I feel both honored and privileged to have know this very caring and special person.  Dot, you are as special as Ken was...what a terrific team you both were.  My prayers go out to you during your time of sorrow.  God must have needed Ken for something very special.  Ken will be missed and so will that wonderful spirit he had.  With much love and gratitude always

As his brother's (Bobby) brother-in-law I saw Kenneth from time to time.  The last day was at my mother's funeral in October.  I will never forget how a group of high school boys talked him in taking us bowling in Cookeville when he drove to Knoxille to give us a ride back to Nashville after attending a youth conference.  He was fun to around and I know he will be missed by all those he came into contact with.

 I will miss ken,s joking when we worked together at oscar mayer, he was a great  guy .one time when I went to lunch just as I sat down all the guys got up and left and ken was laughting he put them up to the joke, he was all ways pulling something like that.I'm sure a lot of us will miss him,HOPE his sprit is with us at reunion this sept.                       joe mazzaferro

Dot I am so sorry for your loss, I never dreamed that our last High School reunion would be the last time I would see him, he was a wonderful friend and classmate, just rely on God and he will take you through this time of grief, my thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dot (our candy lady) and all of the family.  Bro. Ken was a true friend and made friends wherever he went.  What memories we have of him.  He was the same each time you saw him.  When we would go out and eat, he would order "wrecked" (scramble) eggs and did not need the "cow" (creamer) for his coffee.  He could make you laugh at anything.  He loved gospel singings and we appreciate all of the support that both of you gave to the Turner Family of Bowling Green, KY.  He did not sing in a group here, but his journey here was "I'm Going to a City" and now he's singing in that Heavenly Choir.  Bro. Ken, we will miss you and may God comfort each of your family members in the days, weeks, and years ahead.  He will be missed by everyone that knew him.
