Linda Faye Haskins

Linda is survived by her husband Bobby Haskins; daughter Belinda (James) Qualls; granddaughters Lauren Elizabeth (Noah) Sinz and Emily Qualls; sister Ruth (Kenneth) Stout; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father George V. Hix; mother Florene (Cason) Hix; brothers Ben Loftis Hix, Fred Cason Hix; and sister Peggy Ann Hix.

Linda was born in Gainesboro, TN on January 28, 1941 to George and Florene Hix. She graduated from Jackson Co. High School in 1959. She moved to Nashville in 1962, where she met Bobby and they married on September 1, 1967. They have been happily married for 54 years. They had their only child, Belinda on September 5, 1970. Belinda went on to marry and have two daughters of her own, Lauren and Emily, whom Linda adored. Everyone who knew Linda knew her as "Mimi". She had her life long friends in which she still kept in contact. She loved her daily talks with Martha Anderson, loved to read, do fill in puzzles, watching birds and adored her granddaughters. Linda made the best banana pudding and meatloaf of anybody around. She will be deeply missed by family, friends and all who knew her. She has no more pain.
