Lois was such a precious lady.  I remember her many years ago when we were both single and we were in some single clubs together.  Also, remember her from square dancing.  Everyone loved her.   She had such a wonderful personality...never met a stranger.  So sorry for your loss!!

To my precious friend of EIGHTY years, it is so hard to believe that I won’t be receiving those funny emails, or hearing your voice to tell me some news you’ve heard about one of our old class mates or a picture on Facebook of you being entertained by your loving family. We had such a wonderful time at the last class reunion & the time we spent together afterward. 
I won’t even try to mention our growing up years, especially high school, & then those handsome & fun loving husbands of ours. 
Lois, I will miss you so. So glad we got to hug & say I Love You . 
BUT I Will SEE YOU AGAIN ! Who knows, it may not be long. Give  
Doug  my love & enjoy being together again. 
Belinda, my heart aches for you & your family. Please stay in touch with Beth  ( she & Lois became instant friends ) so I can hear from you & what Isla is growing into. Lois was my neighbor for a short while.  She moved from Nashville and lived with Belinda and Keith just down the road from us in rural Madison County, Mississippi.  Lois was just delightful and was good at making others feel special.  She always asked that her picture be made with me when we were together.   She would smile and say she wanted to show her long-time friends her new friend.  I did enjoy Lois and will miss her.  

To Lois’ family. My heart goes out to each of you. Lois will be sorely missed, but, she gave us so many great memories. Lois was up for anything, from a quiet Play to a cabin in the woods with a group of crazy-fun ladies. She kept up with the best of us, hiking in the woods, staying up late telling stories, and playing cards.  I loved it when she had difficulty telling a funny story, because she got so tickled herself. She included me and other single or widowed gals into her home, her church, and her family. She was always sharing. 

I close my eyes and see Lois' smiling face and hear her gentle laugh. She was fun, funny, generous, told great jokes, was a wonerful game player, and made delicious pecan pies. I was fortunate to be the recepient of her beautiful clothes. I feel blessed to have known Lois and spent many hours of quality time with her, Joan, and Sheryl playing a wide range of games. My prayers go out to her family and friends. Lois = Love. Not gone, just gone ahead.

To the Hudson Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Lois was truly one of a kind. I spent so many Fridays with her through the years and was lucky enough to know her very well.  My favorite memory is the smell of her baking the pecan pies for church and all of the baking she did at Christmas!  She was such a sweet, fun person to be around.  I truly loved her.  Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Belinda and Family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Lois. Lois was the epitome of graciousness. She was so happy to invite all her friends to her home to celebrate their latest accomplishment, to host the best card parties, and to host the best potluck dinners. I will miss her graciousness always.  Prayers of comfort for all your family.
