Preceded in death by Husband Boyd Hix, Son Ralph Hix, Grandsons Matthew Hix and Alan Hix, Sister Mildred Overton Montgomery,and Brother Dr. W.A. Overton.
Survived by son, Earl L. Hix; granddaughter, Dawn Ambrose (Brandon); great-granddaughter, Addison Ambrose; and many loving nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Margaret will be held Thursday, September 25, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138, followed by a celebration of life at 3:00 PM. Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
