She was born in Wilson County, Tennessee, to the late Walter Bruce Baines and Ellen Frances Bailey Baines. Mrs. Frizzell worked tirelessly providing for her family and was tremendously resourceful in her role as a homemaker. She worked as a banker for several years before working in the home, and later returned to her prior job where she retired. She will be remembered as a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, and friend.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Mitchell Frizzell, and her sister, Oma Lee Chapman-McLean.
Mrs. Frizzell is survived by her three sons, Michael Frizzell (Debbie), Mark A. Frizzell (Cathy), and Marlon Frizzell; six grandchildren, Shauna Carlisle (Eli), Amber Gregory (Nathan), Kelley James (Eric), Laura Callis (Paul), Ashley Hinson (Kevin), and Taylor Frizzell; ten great grandchildren, Claire Barber, Brooks and Cooper Carlisle, Dalton and Kelsey Gregory, Tyler, Jared, and Wyatt James, Michaela Roberts (Kyle), and Michael Callis; one great-great grandson, Silas Roberts, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be conducted at Hermitage Memorial Gardens on Monday, July 30, 2018 at 2:30 pm. Visitation with the family will be at the funeral home from 12:30 pm until the time of service.
Serving as active pallbearers are Taylor Frizzell, Nathan Gregory, Kelvin Gregory, Eli Carlisle, Dawson Bumbalough, Murray “Mike” Frizzell, and honorary pallbearer, Dalton Gregory.
