Mrs. Lamb was a member of the Hermitage United Methodist Church where she once served as President of the Esther Circle United Methodist Women and was a member of the Anti Can’t Sunday School Class. Mrs. Lamb had owned several real estate businesses and most recently worked in the Vanderbilt Human Resources Department.
Surrounded by family at the time of her passing, Mrs. Lamb is survived by Donald P. Lamb, her husband of forty-eight years; son Donald P. (Carolina) Lamb Jr.; daughter Susan (Alan) McMurtry; grandchildren Luccia Lamb, Bailey Kaposy, Christian Kaposy; brother James Edward Garnett; and sister Diana Garnett Bowling.
There will be a Gathering of Family & Friends on Wednesday, June 2, 2021 from 4pm until 7pm and Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 12pm until 1pm at Hermitage Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will follow in the Tulip Grove Room at 1pm Chris Seifert officiating. Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens with family and friends to serving as pallbearers.
