Nellie M Jones age 97, after a brief illness and a wonderful long life, Ms. Nellie passed on to her great reward on January 9, 2015. Preceded in death by her husband Billy and eldest son David. Survived by son, Ronald Jones. She carried on her life in a patient, temperate manner with regard to all around her. She was a friend to all. She was the strongest and finest woman I have ever known and will be sorely missed by her loving and devoted son, Ronald, and all others who knew her. I have always and continue to be proud to be her son. A private graveside service will be held in her hometown of Bedford, Virginia at a later date.
