Mr. Samples is preceded in death by Brothers Kent and Gerald Samples. Sister Janet Burdette.
He is survived by loving wife Sondra Lee Samples. Daughters Tara Lynn (Daniel) Thompson and Tracy (Sean) Wilson. Son Scott Travis Samples. Grandchildren Ella and Jake Thompson. Sisters Judith Samples and Joyce Dean. Brother Myron Dale Samples.
Memorial Services will be held at Samples Cemetery in Procious West Virginia .
