Riley Thomas Faulk-Simmons, age 2 months, of Nashville, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, April 22, 2023.
A visitation for Riley will be held Thursday, May 4, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at Hermitage Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens, 535 Shute Ln, Old Hickory, TN 37138, followed by a celebration of life from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
