Serenity Paige Fraim

FRAIM, Serenity Paige, age 3 of Lebanon, TN, passed away peacefully rocking in her mother’s arms and was granted her angel wings on July 26, 2012 following a long illness. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Serenity had touched in some small way, throughout her short, yet very memorable life. Serenity’s life would seem too short to many, but for those who were touched by her, understood that the quality of existence far exceeds quantity of time in which you live it. Her gentle smile could melt the hearts of those around her. During her three short years here on Earth, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Her life was a brief gift to us that will live on forever in our hearts. Born April 21, 2009 in Albany, New York, She is survived by her mother, Kara Lael Fraim; maternal grandparents, William and Victoria O’Donnell and paternal grandmother, Wendy Teller, all of Greenville, NY; maternal great grandparents, William G. Lessard, Schaghticoke, NY and Mary D. Dinelle, Cohoes, NY; paternal great grandparents, Gail and Paul Biskupich, Greenville, NY. She was also survived by several aunts and uncles, Jennifer Ogilvie, Cambridge, NY, Danielle M. Fraim-York, Boston, MA, Justin A. Fraim, Cohoes, NY, Angela J. Fraim, Maplewood, NY; great aunt, Valerie L. Grugan, East Greenbush, NY and great uncle, William F. Lessard, Cortland, NY; godmother, Stephanie Mahoney, Greenville, NY and Gilbert “Gus” Baker, Catskill, NY and her beloved 4 legged big brother “Tank.” Serenity will now join her Uncle Marc L. Fraim in heaven. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, July 31st at the Lebanon First United Methodist Church, 415 West Main, Lebanon TN. Calling hours are between 4-6 pm and services will start at 6pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Serenity’s name to Clove’s Syndrome Community and/or Ronald McDonald House, which greatly supported Serenity and Kara throughout their most difficult times.
