Virginia Whittaker Sawyer age 91 passed away January 3, 2016. Preceded in death by husband, Murray Sawyer; son, Tom Sawyer; parents, Martin & Elva Whitaker. Survived by daughter, Cheryl (Randy) Moore; sons, David (Nancy) Sawyer, Bobby (Kathy) Sawyer, Martin (Donna) Sawyer, Richard (Beth) Sawyer; daughter in law, Bonnie Sawyer; 14 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a host of family and friends. Virginia was a member of Pennington United Methodist Church. Virginia was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend and will truly be missed by all. Gathering of family and friends Mon. Jan 4th 4-8pm. Tues. Jan 5th 10 am – 8pm & Wed one hour prior to service. Funeral Service Wed. Jan 6th 11am in the Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel. Interment to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
