

She is survived by her loving husband Matthew Weber and their six fur babies.
Donna was born in Norwich, CT. Only child of Alfred and Elizabeth (Pershaec) Bennett and grew up in Mystic. She was a graduate of Robert E Fitch High School, Groton. Studied Business Administration at University of New Haven and completed her master's degree at University Of Rhode Island in Nutrition.
Donna’s true passion was in her love for dogs. She was the proud owner of D’Tails Pet Service in Old Saybrook.
A beloved figure of the Nova Scotia Duck Toller community, where she spent countless hours showing, training, doing scent work and breeding her beloved red heads.
In her spare time, she loved spending time in her beautiful flower gardens, reading, planning her yearly Christmas gathering, spending time with friends and family, traveling -with Grand Cayman being a favorite destination of hers and Matt’s, and of course breeding more Tollers!
She had a special gift of bringing people together and in turn created many lifelong friendships. She loved her family, friends and dogs.
