Dr. Concannon was born on April 23, 1938 in New York City, the son of Michael and Theresa Concannon. He married his beloved wife Jean Larson Concannon on October 2, 1993. He was a radiologist with offices in Middletown, Essex and Higganum. Later on they moved to Maine where he practiced at the Department of Veterans Affairs in Togus, Maine.
Dr. Concannon is survived by his wife Jean and daughters, Ciara, Aisling, Deirdre and Orla as well as 2 grandchildren Finn and Ailis Palmer. He is also survived by his sister Mary (Dolly) Hickey in County Dublin, Ireland. Services will be private.
