

He was born on October 1, 1943, in Yonkers, NY, the son of Andrew J. Natale, Sr., and Edith (Cerrato) Natale.
Andrew graduated from Manhattan College and went on to graduate from University of Miami Law School. He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County and completed his over 30 year career in private practice. His love for Indian Town Association spans over 50 years where he was on the board, President of the Board and always remained an active member of the association. He would always say “it is all about the kids”.
The family would like to thank all the family and friends who stood by him, all of the doctors, nurses and staff of Davita New London, Lawrence Memorial Hospital and Yale New Haven who gave him life beyond expectation, the Old Saybrook Police Department and Volunteer Fire and Ambulance Departments for always responding and taking care of him.
His wife made it her mission to take care of him always and make sure he was always comfortable. He was a fighter till the end. His final wish was to come home and be with his family because he was a family man.
Andrew is survived by his wife of 52 years, Carolyn Fay Natale; children Andrew (Kristen) Natale, and Susan Natale, all of Yonkers, NY, and Lynn (Jesse) Lombard of Old Saybrook, CT; grandchildren Anna, Sophia, and Rebaeka Natale, Clio and Felicia Lombard; his siblings Carl and Mary Ann.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, September 30th at 10am, in St. John Church, 161 Main St., Old Saybrook. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Old Saybrook. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to: Indian Town Association P.O. Box 147 Old Saybrook, CT 06475 for the upkeep of the children’s playground and to keep his love for children alive.
