Frank Lawrence Moshier, 67, of Essex, peacefully passed away on December 10, 2015 surrounded by his family. He was born on December 3, 1948 in Manchester, Connecticut to William E. and Alyne (Gardner) Moshier. In 1973 he married Beverly A. Bauer and together they raised three children, Annie, Emily, and Benedict. Frank graduated from Old Saybrook High School in 1966. He earned an Associates Degree in multimedia from Middlesex Community College in 2005. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Marine Corp. One of his greatest satisfactions was building a successful Morgan horse farm in Chester. His wife and children, his brother William R. Moshier, and his sisters Jann MacDougall and Kimberly Desabrais survive him. His brother, Benedict A. Moshier, predeceased him. Private services will be held graveside at the family’s convenience.
