Ida M. Napolitano

Ida Maria Napolitano, Age 101, widow of Vincenzo Napolitano, of Old Saybrook passed away on August, 28th, 2021 at home with her loving family by her side. Ida was born on July, 10th, 1920 in Casalvecchio di Puglia, Italy to Michele and Finizia Andreano Simone, previously residing in Milford, MA before settling in Old Saybrook, CT in 2003. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church in Milford, MA and St. John's Catholic Church in Old Saybrook, CT. Ida loved to cook, bake, paint, embroider and crochet. Ida will be most remembered by her family as the most loving, big hearted and nurturing souls ever to touch their lives. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Ida is survived and will be dearly missed by her Daughter Maria Antonietta Girardi (Giorgio) of Old Saybrook; Grandchildren Vincenzo Girardi, Judy Giulia Girardi, Anthony (Karla) Girardi, Joseph (Maria) Girardi, Maria Grazia Girardi; Great Grandchildren Vincenzo, Sofia, Luciano, Cesare, Anthony and Lucas Girardi.
