Robby was a really special person who took great pleasure from spending time with his family and his friends. He was very proud of his ability to complete his college degree in marketing and finance. He was a devoted and loving son to his mom, Joyce. He was a wonderful brother who would drop anything to help out whenever he could. He was generous and giving to everyone he knew and he forgave everyone, even business associates that took advantage of his charitable nature. He was particularly fond of his nieces, nephews and their children. He owned and managed his own businesses in Norwich and was active in the lives of many residents of the city. He was an active member of AA, and he sponsored and helped many individuals achieve and maintain their sobriety. He was proud of his ability to overcome his own demons, and many people throughout his community benefited from his time, love, and caring. Throughout his life, he never gave up trying to help others. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him, and the world was a better and brighter place because of his time among us.
There are no calling hours, and a private family service will take place at the family's convenience. In lieu of flowers or other condolences, he would feel strongly that people who knew him, take the time to do a small favor for someone else, in his memory.
