Christina Maria Pegg

Greenbush, ME and Lynn, MA-Christina Maria Pegg, 18 passed away unexpectly as a result of an automobile accident on June 15, 2010. She was born November 23, 1991 in Lynn, MA. the daughter of Richard Pegg and Kathleen Davis. Christina graduated with honors from John Bapst High School in 2009 and won the 2005 Secretary of State’s Citizenship Award giving by the governor. In a book of poetry published called “Who’s Who Among Students in High School” her civic orientation speech placed 2nd. She had hoped to join the Marines, always had big plans and wanted some day to become a writer. She was Catholic and first learned John 3:16 at a young age. She loved to sing, go for walks, and was a free spirit who made a big impact on everyone she knew. She touched many lives and was loved by her teachers. Christina will be sadly missed and is survived by her parents, sisters, Samantha, Theresa, Roberta, Crystal and Brittaney, maternal grandmother, Barbara Davis, many cousins and relatives.

Family and friends are invited to call from 4-8pm on Friday, June 18, 2010 at the Birmingham Funeral Home, 438 Main St., Old Town. A mass of Christian burial will be held 9am on Saturday, June 19, at Holy Family Church of the Resurrection of the Lord Parish, 429 Main St., Old Town.
