Gloria M Bouchard

LaGrange—Gloria M. (Trask) Bouchard, 88, passed away peacefully May 17, 2021 at Engel Place with family by her side. She was born November 10, 1932 in Hudson a daughter of Albert Sr., and Inez (Jack) Trask.

Gloria’s home was the central gathering place, her children and grandchildren and their many friends would always be graciously greeted with warm hospitality and she will be remembered for her wonderful cooking. She enjoyed these times surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She kept a meticulous house and yard. She enjoyed mowing, keeping her flower gardens beautiful, maintaining her home and camp at Big Boyd Lake. She enjoyed music, especially country music, and dancing.

She is survived by five children Terry Downing and his wife Christine, Michael Bouchard and his wife Brenda, Robin Silver and her husband Barney, Crystal Garvey and her husband Darrell, and Candace Ouellette and her husband Greg; eight grandchildren Anthony, Justin, Melanie, Lucas, Benjamin, Jacob, Nicole, and Tyler; eight great grandchildren; two brothers Carl and George Trask, two special nieces Judy Brasslett and Kelly Jo Brickett; many nieces, nephews, and cousins and by many who called her Mom Bouchard or Nana Bouchard.

She was predeceased by her husband Albert; son Steven Bouchard; grandsons Cody Hamm and Micah Bouchard; three sisters and three brothers.

Private graveside services will be conducted at a later date.
